This Privacy Policy describes how the iTour mobile app processes data to ensure its proper functioning. Your privacy is our priority. The app was designed to minimize the collection of personal data.

2. Data Controller

3. What data do we process and why?

Location Data (GPS)

Purpose: The iTour app uses your device's location services (GPS) solely to enable its key features, such as:

• displaying your position on the route map,
• recommending nearby routes,
• automatically playing audio content when approaching points on the route.

Processing method: Location data is processed only locally on your device. This means that your current GPS location is not transmitted outside your device, not stored, shared or collected in any way by the Administrator.

Consent: Using these features requires a one-time consent to access location services, which you will be prompted for by your device's operating system. You can manage this consent at any time in your system settings.

App Usage Data (Anonymized Analytics)

Purpose: To improve the App and diagnose technical issues, we collect completely anonymous information about how it is used.

Data characteristics: Collected data is aggregated and fully anonymized, making it impossible to identify a specific User.

Tools: For this purpose, we use Google Firebase analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics), configured to ensure anonymity of collected data.

Purchase Data

Purpose: Processing purchase transactions in the App (e.g., unlocking paid routes).

Processing method: The payment process is entirely handled by platform operators: Apple App Store and Google Play. The Administrator only receives transaction confirmation necessary to unlock purchased Content.

4. Data Recipients and Data Transfer

The App does not share your personal data with any external parties, except:

• Payment platform operators (Apple, Google), who process your payment data according to their privacy policies.
• Google (as part of Firebase), which processes anonymous analytics data according to Google's privacy policy.

5. User Rights

Since the iTour App was designed not to collect or process your personal data, rights under GDPR have limited applicability, as we do not have data that could be linked to a specific person.

6. Mobile Technologies and App Permissions

Identifiers: The App may use anonymous app instance identifiers or similar technologies provided by the operating system.

App Permissions: For proper operation, the App may request permission to access location services (GPS). Granting this permission is voluntary, but its absence will prevent the use of key navigation features.

7. Children's Privacy

The iTour App is intended for Users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. We will inform you of any changes through a notification in the App or on our website.
