Yes — maps, a catalog of hundreds of places, trip planning and walking every route are completely free. You also get 10 minutes of audio stories for free every day. Unlimited listening is unlocked with a one-time pass (no subscription): Solo 1 day, Solo 3 days, or a Group 3-day pass for up to 10 people.
A pass activates at the moment of purchase and lasts 1 or 3 days — during that time you listen without limits in every city. The group pass includes a code to share with friends (up to 10 people in total) — everyone enters it in their own app and listens on their own phone.
Yes — you can download tours and individual places to your phone (audio and photos) and listen offline. A connection is only needed for the initial download and online GPS navigation.
You need iOS 15+ or Android 7.0+ and internet for the first download. On the route GPS is enough — audio can be downloaded offline.
The app uses GPS in the background, which can affect battery life. We recommend using a power bank during long tours.
Typical deviation is ±10 meters. It may be higher in dense urban areas. The app was designed with these limitations in mind.
Yes — passes are bought via the App Store or Google Play and their standard refund rules apply (on Google Play you can cancel within 15 minutes; justified cases are reviewed by the store).
