An inconspicuous, brick building of immense historical significance. It was in this Safety and Occupational Hygiene Hall that the August Agreements were signed on August 31, 1980, between the strike committee and the government delegation. It was here that "Solidarity" was born. The interior has preserved its authentic decor from those times, with the historical table and Lech Wałęsa's large pen.
The historical building of the Polish Post Office in the Free City of Gdańsk, a symbol of heroic resistance. On the first of September 1939, at the same time as the attack on Westerplatte, German forces attacked the postal workers.
